December Member of the Month – Jenna Martin

Jenna Martin
Jenna Martin was named December Member of the Month for Junior League of Little Rock. Get to know this awesome member a little better!
What is your League placement and what is your favorite aspect of it?
My current League placement is Headquarters Chair. Taking care of a historic building and our League home, along with overseeing our rental business is such a unique responsibility. My favorite aspect of this placement is the work the committee does to keep our building beautiful!
What is your profession and how do you balance it with your League duties?
I am the Arkansas Volunteer Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Mid-South. I do my best to balance my nonprofit career with my League duties by intentionally setting aside a block of time each week to focus on League projects. Of course, being Headquarters Chair has meant a lot of unscheduled, unforeseen moments of needed attention, which means that I have to work to be flexible, re-prioritize, and respond with a positive attitude, rather than reacting out of stress.
What other organizations are you involved in?
Party with a Heart–Board of Directors
