Our Community Focus
The Junior League of Little Rock works to improve our community through providing volunteers, funding, and leadership support. These efforts, concentrated within the following areas of impact, give direction to our organization:
- Nutrition and Wellness
- School Preparedness
The Junior League recently adopted a four-prong, ten year strategic plan: (1) decrease childhood obesity in our community by increasing access to healthy foods and opportunities for physical activity, (2) improve literacy skills among Pulaski County students by narrowing the readiness gap, (3) secure our financial future through the growth of investments, endowments and sustainable fund development, and (4) establish the Junior League as the premier source of female leadership development in Little Rock.
