Little Rock Cooks, published in 1972, contains 880 delicious recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. There have been more than 100,000 copies sold and was the winner of a Walter S. McIlhenny Hall of Fame Award given to community cookbooks with sales of over 100,000.
Traditions: A Taste of the Good Life was first published in 1983 and then re-released in 1999 due to popular demand. Apron Strings: Ties to the Southern Tradition of Cooking was published in 1997 and contains more than 300 recipes.
