Big Taste of Little Rock was published in 2009 and was awarded “Best Fundraising Cookbook in the World” by Gourmand International at the Paris Cookbook Fair. The book’s six chapters detail perfectly paired menus that address every dining occasion, from a supper to celebrate fall’s harvest, to a tailgate spread, to a formal dinner with friends and associates. Menus also offer wine pairing suggestions. There are more than 250 recipes in this cookbook that range from traditionally classic to modern. Inside you will find full-color photography and descriptions of monuments, notable locations, cuisine, and events that define Little Rock as an internationally significant travel destination, and as one of the most livable cities in the south.
