The Nonprofit Board Institute (NPBI) is a virtual five-week training session that provides leadership insights and board training to community and League members. The program, provided by subject matter experts, facilitates opportunities to develop board readiness for both emerging and current community leaders. Graduates of the Institute may also connect with organizations as potential board members for any future board appointments and opportunities. The NPBI directly aligns with JLLR’s Mission of training effective volunteers to improve the community.
